Despite Ongoing Humanitarian Crisis in Sri Lanka,VISIONS Continues to Affect the Lives of Disadvantaged Youth In the face of tsunami destruction and ongoing civil conflict, Sri Lanka based organizations are working hard to make a difference in the lives of the youth affected by such devastation. One such organization is VISIONS, a group that Operation USA is sponsoring to empower and educate disadvantaged Sri Lankan youth.
