SANTA ROSA, NICARAGUA
The history of Santa Rosa, Nicaragua is a true success story. A small group of families who fled from war is now flourishing. A group of Operation USA staff and board members recently visited the village to see how, with help from Operation USA, the village has maximized aired land, built two schools, a medical clinic and more, having created a sustaining environment for future generations.

U.S. GULF COAST
On their recent trip to the U.S. Gulf region, OpUSA's Susan Fassig and Jason Cuomo gained a more comprehensive understanding of the needs of the area's struggling health care system and how to help. They are witness to the need to address the lack of resources and access to care, severe mental health issues and shortage of health care providers.
