| A temporary kitchen was set-up by Isabel with the community, Pedro Morreno 280. Public water and bathrooms existed in the town center which is now in a state of chaos and full of debris. The families were registered by the government for eligibility for reconstruction but many families rented and were not owners of the homes even though many lived in their homes for over 30 years. Most can not afford to build temporary shelter. |  |
