Operation USA does not sell, share, rent, trade, barter, peddle, swap or otherwise disclose donor information to any outside party. We do not send mail or emails to donors on behalf of other organizations. OpUSA is committed to respecting the privacy of our donors. It is our practice to occasionally send thank you mail and emails as well as news and insights and fundraising solicitations. Furthermore, OpUSA will recognize donors in our annual reports. If you do want to receive any mail or email correspondence and/or do not wish to be recognized in our Annual Reports, please contact us and we will honor your request.

Secure Payments

All credit card and personal profile information provided to Operation USA through its Internet software partner, Classy, is transmitted with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption using VeriSign as a payment gateway. SSL is a proven coding system that allows a browser to automatically encrypt data before sending it over the Internet.

Information Collection

Operation USA only collects the following 2 types of information:

• That which you voluntarily provide online through our Donation page. This includes your name and your email address. OpUSA will only send regular email communications as detailed on our online sign-up form, if you elect to receive them.
• Anonymous Google Analytics data related to the use of “cookies” associated with this website. This information, anonymized and not associated with a visitor’s identity, includes pages viewed, date and time of visit, browser/technology type, donation revenue, conversion rate, geographic region, and marketing attributes defined by Google.
